Thousands of years ago our ancestors were making their first tools out of bones. Todays human beings still respond to those natural references.
Bones is a set of cutlery that inherits from these times. The organic forms adapt the shape of the hand while the material offers a warm and unique touch sensation. The knife, fork and spoons are made out of injection moulded alumina ceramic. This material is know for being nearly as hard as diamond and used in harsch stress condition.
The name "Bones" was chosen because of the organic form and the origins of the material they are made of: Bone China.
