When entering the second year at Strate College Designers in Paris the students were asked to design a point of retail for the brand of their choice. I decided to work for shoe maker Onitsuka Tiger. The company partly funds its success on Japanese heritage and I wanted to propose an experience that supports the brand in that sense. The design is inspired by traditional Japanese interiors: minimal environment, wooden structure, shoji screens, low height furniture, etc.
